I walk outside and see THIS taped to my car… a note that says “Sorry I hit ur BMW, didn’t want to leave without making it right, here’s $100!!” I genuinely thought it was a prank.
Then I walk around and see the front end completely caved in. Like they really looked at the damage, pulled out a hundred, and said “yeah… this feels fair.”
The shop quoted me $3,200 to fix it, and this person thought one Benjamin and good intentions would make us even.
Be honest… should I cash the $100 or frame it as proof that common sense doesn’t exist anymore?
