To the two boys running an illegal car wash business on my street. I have photos and time stamps of EVERYTHING and I’ve already sent it to the POLICE and the BBB.
THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. NOT A COMMERCIAL ZONE.
You DO NOT just set up buckets, hoses, and start taking MONEY like you’re some licensed business.
I’m PRETTY SURE you don’t have a BUSINESS LICENSE. And you are ABSOLUTELY NOT allowed to run a business out of this neighborhood.
Cars lined up. Water all over the street. Blocking traffic. It looks TRASHY. 
Rules apply to EVERYONE. Not just adults.
If you want to run a business, do it LEGALLY. Not in front of my house like this is some backyard cash grab.
