I just saw this sign at Goodwill and I’m honestly confused. They’re closing all the fitting rooms… but still selling clothes.

So now we’re just supposed to guess if something fits or not? It’s already a thrift store where sizes can be all over the place depending on the brand, the year, or who donated it.

And then I read the return policy they updated. You only get 7 days, it’s store credit only, you have to go back to the same store, bring the receipt, and the tag has to still be on it.

So basically they’re saying “you can’t try it on, but if it doesn’t fit you can jump through five hoops and maybe get store credit.” I feel like the fitting room was the one thing that made buying clothes there make sense. Now it’s just a gamble every time you pick something up
