Trader joes really needs to be chill!! just because you’re famous in some asian countries doesn’t mean you can act like you’re somebody else and charge these crazy prices. i’m looking at this screen and i’m actually losing my mind because how is the tax alone 75 dollars? it is absolutely insane that a simple grocery run for some ramen and pizza ends up costing over a thousand bucks like we’re buying designer clothes instead of food.
i’m finished with these stores that think they can just exploit people while we’re all out here just trying to eat. i looked at the subtotal and it’s almost a thousand bucks for a handful of items that should have cost a fraction of that. it is disgusting that they can charge seventeen dollars for some ketchup and $24 for butter chicken like it’s a 5 star meal. i’m posting this so everyone can see the robbery happening at the checkout line and stay far away from this location.
