I’m leaving LAX this morning on an American Airlines flight and I honestly had to take a picture because I couldn’t believe what I was looking at.
Look at this seat.
The cushion is literally collapsing in the middle like someone hollowed it out. It’s uneven, sunken in, and feels like you’re sitting on a piece of broken furniture instead of an airplane seat.
People are paying hundreds of dollars for flights and this is what passengers are getting? Worn-out seats that look like they’ve been used for 20 years without being replaced.
Airlines keep raising prices, charging for bags, charging for seat selection, charging for everything… but somehow basic seat maintenance isn’t part of the budget? This is honestly embarrassing for a major airline
