Bought this for my nephew and ended up irritated for no reason.

I paid for a box of 24 mechanical pencils, brought it home, and decided to count them before giving it to him. Tell me why there were only 23 inside. One just missing. That’s not a small mistake that’s me paying for something I never received.

I brought it back with the box clearly marked 24 because if that’s what’s printed on the label, that’s what should be inside. Simple math. I’m not doing guesswork with stuff I paid for.

BIC and whoever packs these need to stop treating customers’ money like it’s optional. Calling this a packing error doesn’t change the fact that I was shorted. Every dollar matters, and I’m not quietly donating money to a company that can’t count to 24.

This is exactly how people lose money without noticing, one missing item at a time. Not today.
